Hello to all,
I tried to make a withdrawal and my account was disabled. They asked for documents and all documents has been sent. A month has passed and no update or any information received from them. If you try to contact them - they tell the same story all the time - you will be contacted once the investigation is done and do not contact them during that period. Is it a normal practice? I have deposited around 900$, won almost 2000$ and got disabled instantly. So my funds just sitting there with no explanation.
Please help. Anyone has had the same issue? Were you able to resolve it?
