My bovada account has been under review for almost a month now with no updates. On April 11th I received an email saying my documents have been submitted and that my account is under review. Since than I have received no updates and all live chat does it tell me to remain patient. I have a little over 5k on the account which is from my deposit because after i deposited a little over 5k i tried to withdraw majority of it not to long after. I than received an email that i couldn’t do this and my account was than placed under review. I would like to know what is taking so long and was wondering if i could atleast be allowed to withdraw since all the money is from my deposit. Thank you

My account was only open for 2 days before i tried to withdraw some of my deposit and was placed on review. Now my account has been under review for 2 months with no updates or hope towards getting atleast my deposit back.

Bovada still has not replied they are still just telling me to wait with no access to my funds…

It has been about 2 months now and i have still received no update. They are telling me i can’t access my account until the “review” is complete. All support does is tell me to wait. I talked to a supervisor who told me they would escalate my case but even this did not help. They are keeping my account under review and holding onto my money. I do not care about being able to use the account at this point I would just like to get my money off of there.
