I'm asking for help today with trying to get my bovada account investigation finished so my funds can be withdrawn. My player account email is < email removed >
From October to November this year, I deposited into bovada around 5 times. On the 5th buy-in, I won about $4500 and tried to withdraw $3500 of it. Around November 24th - 25th, I tried to withdraw ~3.5k but received an email that my account would be disabled for an investigation. I sent all relevant info and heard nothing back.
2-3 weeks later I contacted Bovada support who said that the birthdate on my account was wrong. I apologized for the wrong birthday, and support assured me that the case would be resolved 24-48 hours later. It's now been over 40 days since my account was disabled, and emailing dispute resolution and verifications has yielded nothing but "we can't help you or offer updates."
Could I please get some help contacting bovada and finishing the account verification process? I would be happy to provide any additional documentation required.
