I made my account a few weeks ago after a coworker told me about bovada. I got to $3400 on my account and decided on Sunday, April 23rd that I would withdraw the money to make sure bovada was legitimate. Monday morning I woke up to the emails attached saying that my account was under investigation and I needed to send in ID and a selfie with my Id. 5 mins after I got that email my account was disabled for investigation.
1 hour later I sent in my photos to verification@bovada.lv. It’s been 5 days now and I have received no responses from them. I have reached out to customer service and no responses on that front either. I am very worried about this issue because they did not give any type of timeframe and won’t give me any updates. Please HELP me
