I submitted a withdrawal request on Saturday night for $2300 with about $150 left over, which I turned into $500 after hitting another bet. My withdraw request was taking a longer time than usual and when I woke up, I had an email saying that my account was under investigation. I cannot log in as my account was "temporarily disabled" and reached out to customer support and they said they had no update. I am trying to get my money withdrawn/be able to access money that is left over as well but I cannot get any answers.
