Account Temporarily Disabled Under Investigation
Hi there,
I’ve been using Bovada religiously for 15+ years and never really ran into many issues throughout my time here. I’ve always gotten paid, always received withdrawals, always have gotten pretty good support until recently. It’s been a week now since my account has been temporarily disabled by the Bovada investigations teams. I’ve never had any issue take this long for Bovada to resolve. Seems sketchy. All I get for responses is that my account is under investigation and there is nothing that can be done until someone on that team has a chance to review the account. The only reason this was brought up and became a problem is because I have been spending a lot of time and my uncles house lately who also uses Bovada. Neither of us had any issues with ours accounts until last week my uncle referred a friend that was over at his house. The only reason my account got tied into this is cause last week my uncle tried to player transfer me money. When my uncle tried to make a withdrawal like he has in the past, his account was disabled 12 hours later, along with the guy that he referred, and mine was brought down with it.. there was no duplicate of accounts, no bonus abuse, nothing violating the terms and conditions. We are 3 different people with 3 different accounts. All I want is access back to my account and my uncle who had a decent amount in his account access back to our accounts but the review is taking way to long.
