Thursday 9/22/2022 I made my Bovada account from a link one of my IRL friends sent me. I verified my email and my phone number and went to live chat for a deposit bonus.
I made sure my referral code was verified and that my deposit bonus would work and I sent my $200 deposit. I got my bonus and made bets.
Thursday night I cleared my rollover and submitted a withdraw for $680. Friday 9/23/2022 my withdraw was still pending so I went to live chat and they told me my withdraw is processed and I’ll see my funds in 5 hours.
3 hours later I get an email stating my account has been temporarily disabled. I go to live chat and they tell me my account is under review, it’ll be 24-48 hours until I get a response. It is now Wednesday 9/28/2022 still no response. They’re keeping my money on hold, live chat won’t tell me anything, and they won’t email me back.
