Hello,
My account was disabled on 07/25/2023 after requesting a withdrawal on 07/26/2023 for $500. I have been in contact with customer service via live chat, Twitter DM and 3 phone calls. Each time I’ve been told it would take 24-48 hours from the day I received that email. It’s been 3 days and I still have not received any update.
Please help. I don’t want to lose my funds and I don’t want to lose my account.

Closing in on 2 weeks of my account being disabled due to a pending investigated. I am not even mad or upset I’m just looking forward to their final response so I can get back. I have confidence everything will be fine and Bovada will make the best decision to extend our partnership.
