Hello, I want to start off by saying I am in utterly and complete disgust with the Bovada team and website. I won a bet off of maybe 200 dollars and turned it into 9500 dollars. This was over a month ago. a month ago I requested the withdraw and woke up the very next day to my account being disabled. I was told to wait 1 to 2 days for an enable. I did nothing wrong. I tried to email, to call and I am getting the same automated answer. This has gone on way too long. I have waited over a freaking month for my 9500 dollars won fair and square. I need something done, I need my money back. this is CRAZY. this is literally theft. I need my account unlocked and my money back.
