I’m writing about an issue that I am having with bovada for the first time in years. About a week and a half ago, my account was put on hold for verification. Which is ok I have heard that happens from time to time. So I submitted my document and was told to wait 24-48 hours. About a week later, my account was apparently verified but then went under investigation with no notification to me and no time frame as to when it would be resolved. I’ve had the account for years with no issues. My account is in good standing. And support can’t give me any update or information as to why this is happening. I’m just a little concerned at the seemingly lack of urgency on this matter giving that I had just deposited money into the account and I don’t believe I’ve given any reason to be investigated. Although, they can’t even give me a reason as to why I’m being investigated so I guess I don’t know. But what I do know is I haven’t done anything against their rules

I understand it’s still in review. But I’ve been told the same thing, basically work for word, for the last three weeks. With no updates. That was the point of me posting here, because I’d like this escalated or resolved sooner than later. My account is in good standing, I’ve never had to go through this before, and while I understand accounts seem to be verified from time to time, I think it’s been an unreasonably long amount of time At this point. Again, hence why I posted a complaint here instead of chatting with Bovada. This is the same canned response I’ve gotten every day for the last three weeks.
