I opened a Bovada account a couple of months ago and enjoyed playing on it for a few weeks.
However, on June 18th, my account was suddenly disabled and pending investigation, and I was unable to access it.
Since then, I have had plenty of time to read forums, posts, and Bovada's Terms of Service, and I can definitely say I have not violated any of the rules. Additionally, I have sent plenty of emails and contacted live support, always receiving the same response; there is no guarantee I can access my funds/account, nor any updates/timetable on the investigation of my account.
The best I have received is when the agent I was talking to had dealt with this issue before, and they would normally say it would be resolved in a month or fewer.
It's not an insignificant amount of money either, so I'd like to get it back as soon as possible.
