Account disabled without any further updates after requesting withdrawal
My account was recently disabled. The timing of me being disabled is weird because it seems they only wanted to "investigate" the account once I started to win and requested a withdrawal. The phone support no longer accepts calls and they say agents are available 24/7 via email but no one has responded or reached out to me regarding my account. No details are provided so you're stuck just completely lost on why your account is closed. It's a horrible way to go about treating customers who are loyal to the site. I have a balance of about $1970 after making a BTC withdrawal request for $800. I just want to regain access to my account so I can continue to play.
