I’ve had a bovada account for 5+ years now and something like this has never happened. Last week I tried to withdraw $3,000 and my account was disabled and put under “investigation” for what reason I don’t know! They do not communicate, I have $4,000 just sitting on the account and I don’t know if it’s safe or not because their customer service will not communicate! All they say is “you have to wait for our investigations team to email you” it’s going on two weeks and I’ve still heard nothing! This seems super un-ethical and I just want my funds so I can be done with scamvada for good.

But it’s going on three weeks now. I don’t know you guys process but three weeks and counting seems excessive, especially because I have 4 thousand just sitting in my account that I’m not able to access and not to mention I haven’t been able to place any wagers during this time. It’s ridiculous to say the least.
