I have been a loyal bovada customer for many years, losing tens of thousands of dollars in their casino and sportsbook. After requesting a withdrawal of $365 via btc 4 days ago, my account was disabled and I received an email from financialservices@bovada.lv asking me to contact them to discuss my account status. I emailed them and called immediately. I have not received a response to my email and when I called they told me nobody capable of re-enabling my account was available. I’ve called back three times, spending a total of three hours on hold, and have been unable to speak to anyone who can help.
I assume they disabled my account because I am traveling in Brazil this week. I’d like my account re-enabled and my withdrawal to be processed.

Bovada explained that my account was compromised by a security breach and that they had disabled my account for my security. They have fixed the problem.
