Account Disabled With Pending $9,500 Bitcoin Withdrawal
I submitted a BTC withdrawal request on Monday, April April 15th for $9500. After 48 hours, I received an email from Bovada investigations stating my account was temporarily disabled due to verification issues on Wednesday, April 17th and to send a copy of my government ID, a selfie with my ID, and a proof of address.
So, I sent in my documentation and I received an email stating my information was verified the following morning. However, when I went to log into my account, my account was still disabled. When I contacted a live chat agent, they told me I had to call in to discuss the matter.
Over the past few days, I've called several times to talk to someone on the accounts team. Initially, they told me the review would be conducted in under 24-48 hours. I also sent an email asking why my account is under review and have not had a response after 48 hours.
I called again yesterday to speak to someone on the Accounts team, but now they tell me I cannot speak with anyone on the accounts team. All I've been told since then is that my account is still under review and I will be contacted once the review is complete.
Today is Sunday, April 21st, 6 days after when I initially requested my withdrawal of $9500. I am still unable to speak to anyone regarding why my account is disabled and under review even after my verification has been completed.
Prompt payment of my BTC withdrawal request would satisfactorily resolve this issue.
