I have been using Bovada for 5+ years and in January 2023 I deposited 575 and my an hour later my account was disabled. I received an email from Bovada asking to get in touch with them as soon as possible which I did. I talked to their live agents on chat and asked why my account was disabled. I was told that they couldn't tell me over text and that they would need to speak over the phone and they would call me within 24-48 hours. That call never came so I talked to chat again and was told the same story. I find their behavior fraudulent, there is no reason they cannot tell me in an email or in the chat why my account has been disabled and where my $575 is. I broke no rules on their website and feel disrespected by their customer service.
