Hello. After receiving a refer a friend bonus on February 16, 2023. and playing through the requirements, I try to cash out with a total of 2900 and the very next morning my account is disabled and under review.
I was told by multiple service agents that it should take between 24 to 48 hours. It is now going on over seven days.
I have sent multiple emails asking for explanation as no reason was given my account was just disabled. The only response I can receive is I will be notified via email when the review is complete.
I am a long time loyal player here I am pro legend level one. Bovada has never had an issue taking my money. It is sad to know this is how loyal players are treated.
