Been using Bovada for a while now. A few small withdrawals, but mostly just losing. Finally had a decent hit last week, put in for a withdrawal and next thing I knew my account was disabled – can’t login and was told to reach out to Customer Service.
That was a week ago. I have reached out to Customer Service every day since. They are friendly enough but offer zero reason for my account being disabled, zero timeline on when I will be able to get back in and show no urgency. They keep saying “your money is safe,” it feels a lot less safe than if you let me withdraw it normally! Is this how Bovada operates? If you play and lose you’re fine, but the second you win something they disable your account and try and keep the money.
My account is already verified and I have no idea what is going on. Please help!
