I tried solving the issue with Bovada casino but could not reach a solution. As you can see from the screenshots I got in contact with Bovada costumer service but they just ended the chat on me after waiting a long time for a response. Decided to give it another chance waiting for more than an hour and no help from costumer service, I think it is a waste of time trying to deal with issues through the chat, I think bovada just stalls until you get tired and takes your money. Which is basically why they did to me. At this point I do not want any winnings associated with my account. I want my initial investment back of $1100. I think that is fair for both parties. I find it unfair that I gambled with my own money and no problems arose until it was time to cash out. Locked my account with no reason provided and according to bovada and “careful consideration” it was “bonus abuse”. Unreal how they did not work on my case until AskGamblers stepped in. And even then, they decide to take my money, I think the fair thing to do here is to return the initial investment of $1100. This situation is tiring and I get the feeling that bovada just wants to take the money from me, as a player I feel unprotected.
