My Bovada account has been disabled since May 2, 2023. I received an email from Bovada's investigation team stating that my account is under review, but no explanation was provided regarding the reason for the review. The only thing I can think of is that I submitted an expired ID because I couldn't find my current one; however, I found it the following day and sent it to Bovada's service email for an update. I tried reaching out to Bovada's live chat support team, but they were unable to give me a timeframe for when my account will be reactivated or any further information about the investigation. It has now been a week, and I have funds in my account that I would like to either use or withdraw if my account gets reactivated. I would greatly appreciate any advice or help on how to proceed.
