Account disabled out of nowhere, still no updates a week later
So I've been faithful to bovada for over 2 years now and I've never had a problem with my withdraws including my withdrawals of multi thousands of dollars but 8 days ago I made a withdraw for $460 before I went to sleep. I woke up the next morning and received and email saying that my account was disabled and "Under Investigation" and I would receive future emails on how to resolve the issue. I've waited an entire week at this point and still havent heard anything from anyone. I just woke up to an email saying my $460 withdraw had been declined but still no email about how to resolve whatever issue bovada has in order to regain access to my account. I know that bovada won't process any withdrawals while an account is under "investigation" so there's no need to respond to that. What I want to know is wtf is taking so damn long to review an account?? You're telling me that the police can find a murder suspect in less than 24 hours but it takes a multi million dollar casino more than a week to simply review an account and resolve an issue? Its sad man because I used to really love bovada and told all my friends and family about it but I won't ever tell another person to use this platform again and i'm seriously contemplating moving to another sportsbook and getting a divorce with bovada if this issue isn't resolved soon!!! I JUST WANT ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT AGAIN TO WITHDRAW THE FUNDS THAT BOVADA SEEMS TO THINK IS OKAY TO HOLD UP OVER SOME BS. This isn't right man and gives off hella SCAM VIBES!!
