I have tried to make a withdrawal 28 days ago, but my account got disabled. Bovada ask for documents and I sent all of them immediately. Since then, they provided no information, no explanation. I tried contacting them, but they said not to bother them and wait for answer. Wait for a year? Two years? How can they provide no information and keep my money in their company?
