Account disabled for 18 days
So I started with bovida about 25 days ago and it was going well until about 18 days ago I withdrew about $700. I woke up the next morning and my account was disabled I talked to about 5 people that day and none of them could help me and all stated that they were looking into my account and just be patient. A couple of days passed and nothing happened so I talked to some more people via chat and I also started emailing and they said the same thing. After that my withdrawal was sent back to my account and I never received my money. I emailed and talked to people via chat to see why this happened and when I was getting my account back. They aid to wait patiently.
Everyday since then I have been emailing and talking to people via live chat and they said to sit patiently the same response everyday. I also had to verify my account. I talked to multiple people and they told me if I sent this in my account will be reopened. I sent my id in two days later they needed more verification, so I talked to someone via live chat and asked if sending my credit card bill with my name and address on it would be ok and they said yes. I sent that in two days later I talked to someone to see if I got verified they said I didn't send anything when I explained the situation they told me I needed to send in a utility bill. after talking with multiple people about this I did and 4 days later I haven't received anything when they told me it takes 24-48 hours for them to respond.
I talk to people everyday via live chat and email and no one can help they all say to wait patiently. I just want my account back to withdraw the money and leave bovada because of this terrible customer service and for making me wait this long.
