Bovada has had my account under investigation for more than a week now and is replying to none of my emails and in their live chat I just keep getting told it is under investigation and they cannot tell me how long it will take.
I had a 500.00 withdrawal pending and then it got declined and my account was disabled.
More than a week I received an email saying my withdrawal was declined and when I tried accessing my account it says it was disabled although I did nothing wrong but it was my first withdrawal. I have 500 left in the account that they just dont give it back or at least allow the withdrawal . I cannot attach anything because I can even get into my account to take a picture.
