I have chatted twice and gotten my account verified twice with agents. I submitted pictures of them agreeing that it was verified. I haven't been given a reason why it was disabled and I was hoping I could have it back. Me and all of my friends love using Bovada and I hope I can for the future too. I have also emailed the investigation team 4 times and haven't heard anything back. This is important to me since I'm not the wealthiest person and this money is big for me. If this gets resolved I will be a life long Bovada user.

I have read all of the terms and service. I have verified my identity with your agents in the chat area. I haven’t done anything involving a deposit or other players in months. I have only placed one bet that had to be refunded during the WBC and I accept that and have no issues with that ruling. I have just been betting baseball and March madness like a normal user. Can I have a call or something so I can gain more insight. I understand that you have to do these reviews of accounts to make sure everything is legit. A call or a conclusion soon shouldn’t be to hard since it’s almost been two weeks. Thank You
