I created an account on website. Deposited around 2k USD and started playing. 3 days later I did put up a withdrawl for 4K USD and also had around 6k USD in playing funds. 6 hours after the withdrawl request, I get email saying that my account is disabled.
Asked to send multiple documents which I sent right away.
Then 24 hours later asked again to send documents, did it again. The chat keeps telling me wait for 24 hours. It's been more than that. They told me to reach out to verification@bovada.lv since that's the platform that handle this. I reached out nothing helps.
One agent told me that the queue is really small and should get a response in an hour. Been more than 2 days. I am not sure what's going on internally. No updates nothing.

I reached out to chat over and over. They ask me to reach out to verification@bovada.lv. They tell me same thing no what what I ask that account is under review. It's a standard message that I get everytime after 48 hours or so. One person on chat requested documents from me and told me it looks good and account should be activated soon. He even told me they have escalated the case and wait for 2-3 hours. Nothing. All representatives come back with different answers. Some say they have no visibility while some give positive responses but I think it's all to get rid of me of chat. I am so scared right now. I have over 10k USD blocked right now.
