Account disabled and denied $126,000 withdrawal
Straightforward issue but an expensive one.
(1) I submitted $3000 or so to my Bovada account after my friend referred me. Played this slot game and won $126,000. It was awesome. I actually received a phone call and email from Bovada saying congratulations.
(2) I then submitted a withdrawal request (took a while because I had to figure out how the whole bitcoin wallet thing works), and went to sleep. The next morning I had an email from Bovada saying: "Hi, Your account has been temporarily disabled and under investigation after we found suspicious activity in your account. You will be contacted via email with further details once the investigation into your account has been concluded. Regards, Bovada Security"
Ok...
(3) The following day, I received an email asking for identity verification. Driver's license, utility bill, selfie. I submitted all those things immediately.
(4) Four days later, I received the following email: "Thank you for submitting to us your documentation. Your account is currently under review. You will be contacted via email with further details and/or instructions once the investigation into your account has concluded. Please wait until an update is received as no details will be available prior to the completion of our review."
(5) Today at 8:07 AM I received the following email: "Thank you for your withdrawal request dated 12-09-2022 for the amount of USD 126000.00. Your Withdrawal Reference Number is u61beazkm.
Unfortunately, your withdrawal request has been declined.

(6) I am now unable to access my funds or login to my account.
