I have used bovada since around the start of this NFL season with many deposits and withdrawals and verified my info to them. I had never had a problem until about a week ago I requested a withdrawal and my account was closed shortly after. I was assured by customer service that the review would be done in 24-48 hours and my funds were safe. It has now been a week with no response and in the service chats all they say is my account is still under investigation. I violated no rules. I have a 9500 withdrawal frozen in the account that i am unable to access.

My account was reenabled and my withdrawal went through this time. It took a bit longer than i wouldve liked but my money was in fact given to me.

Its ridiculous to close my account and not allow withdrawal without giving a reason upon asking. I even asked if i need to do anything to re verify in a chat and they said nothing was needed. So ultimately it seems like my funds are being held for no reason whatsoever.
