Account disabled after withdrawal of $8200 has been requested
On Friday January 14 2023 I made a request to withdraw my winnings of $8200 and 45 minutes later my account was disabled. I've been with Bovada for a year now and I have never had any issues withdrawing money from them until now. I contacted customer support and I was told that my account was under investigation for security purposes and the process will take 24-48hrs. I received a email asking me to send in my ID front and back and also a picture of me holding my driver license. The next day I received a email saying "my verification information was verified and to contact customer support to re-enable my account." I answered all the security questions. Then customer support said "she had to transfer me to a higher team member." The supervisor started asking me questions about my ex. In the past he has deposited money into my Bovada account because I had no way to do so myself. Apparently my ex had an account that I wasn't aware of, the representative was saying that our accounts were linked together and I won't be able to withdraw any of my funds or have access to my account until my ex takes care of the issues with his account. Apparently, he has some issues with his account. I don't have anything to do with his account or any problems he may have going on with it. My account is clear and I would like a resolution ASAP.
