Account disabled after withdraw request 1k
I joined Bovada a couple of weeks ago and on 9/10 I requested a withdrawal for 1k (2k left on account).
I got an email saying my account was disabled and needed to send in an ID/selfie/utility bill.. I immediately replied to the email and did that. The email I received was from investigations@bovada.lv and the email said to reply to it. I contacted CS to confirm it had been received and the agent told me yes it was and this would be resolved within 48 hours.
The next day I checked with CS again and they said they didn't receive it. They asked me to resend it to the same email address. After I asked many times to please confirm which email I would send the documents to... finally they told me it would have to be sent to verification@bovada.lv The agent then told me it was received while on chat. So just to recap.. Bovada sent me an email from investigations@bovada.lv and asked me to reply to it with the documents. However, the correct email they want you to send it to is not on the original email.
It took 2 different agents to finally tell me that it needs to be sent to the other email, verification@bovada.lv Now why is that? Is it because most people would just reply to the initial email and then it never gets followed up on? I asked very specifically why that is.. and they said "We received your documents". That's not an answer but regardless, it has now been well over 48 hours and my account is still disabled and they confirmed they received my documents.
