account disabled after winning 55k on slots and tried to withdraw
I was referred to Bovada by a family member and I made my first deposit of around $112 via crypto on Sunday 10/9
I ended up hitting a decent jackpot on one of their slots for around $54-$55k
I submitted my withdraw request the night of 10/9 around 9pm Est.
When I woke up I got a congratulations email from Bovada and then an email about verifying my identity and my account. So I went and got my id and when I clicked on the verifications link they sent me I couldn’t login and my account was disabled pending review.
I have tried multiples times connecting with their live chat as well as emailing them with no response or any clarification on why this is happening but everything I read online seems disheartening. I took a bunch of screenshots of everything but just not getting much communication or updates from their customer service except wait to hear back from them.
I had sent them a copy of my id passport and my birth certificate just to be sure they had my verification docs but like no response from them in confirming that they even received the docs. It’s been 2 days since I’ve submitted my withdraw request and I still haven’t heard anything. I saw that you guys had a great track record of communicating/dealing with online casinos and any help would be greatly appreciated!
