I am not sure if I am being "investigated" or not. I can not reach any customer service for answers. These are not winnings either in the 79,850. It is actual inheritance I have depostited.
I follow the instructions they send me via email everyday, I first get to the online chat with a represenitive, that then tells me they need to escalate and transfer me to Bovada financial services. Nothing happens each time I wait for over 45 minutes. They also said they will call me.
This does not happen either. 80k is so much money and I have no clue what is happening. I will attach a screen shot of all I get to see. This has been the case since Dec 5th. It is almost Christmas and I am regretting my decision depositing this much.
I was told Bovada is a very trusted online betting platform. I hope this is true. Any help would be so appreciated as I look out for most of my member in my family financially. This is incredibly scary and stressful. Looking for help and answers. Haven't slept much since this began. Also the other screenshot is before I deposited one more time.(balance)
