They also are saying that having someone in your household who also plays is against the terms and condition which seems very shady.
I believe they’re simply trying to avoid paying out an honest win. It wasn’t a jackpot, it was on one or two games and went from $140 to $4,700, so seems they’re not going to allow that. Emails attached. Thanks.
