I have been betting through bovada for years and this year I bet the US open and won about $120,000. In total my account had around $144,000 and bovada has allowed me to withdraw about $70,000. Leaving me with a balance of around $74,000. When I went to continue my cash out I went to go log in to my account and it was disabled and I was to reach out to customer service. They had sent me an email asking for all my identity. I submitted it within a day and I still have not heard back from Bovada.
I have been playing through bovada for years and have never won. Now that I've won I feel like I'm being punished for this and Bovada isn't providing me with any information
