I recently got my Bovada account suspended for verification. I did sent all the required documentation almost 4 weeks ago with no response. I emailed the customer support twice and I only get a generic response that its with different department and that i need to keep waiting. I've been playing at Bovada for few months now and I was mostly losing money and no one ask about verification. I recently had a good run and my account went up to 14k and suddenly got suspended . Tell you the truth i found this a little fishy. If they dont want me to play can at least get my money back.
