Bovada Casino - Account closed after requesting $3,000 payout

I’ve been w Bovada for years now and never had an issue until now. On 1/8/2019 I went to do a withdraw request And for some reason the only option was bitcoin. I contacted customer service to verify this and after an hour on the phone climbing the ranks of management no one still could tell me the reason check by courier was not available. I’ve received multiple checks by courier in the past and never had an issue cashing any. So I assumed they’re trying to phase out check by courier and switch everything to bitcoin. So I caved in and requested a Bitcoin pay out. After 72 hours of the request pending I called to check on the status they asked me to please be patient and it will process. So ok, what can I say to that? Well about two hours after that check in I was in a middle of a poker tournament and got kicked out of the site and could not log back in. So again I call customer service, they tell me I need to contact a account service representative between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM. So I called back in the morning and was told no account representatives are available I will be contacted in 24 to 48 hours. How can they lock you out of your account which holds $3000 and not have an explanation? So this is where I’m at now I can guarantee no one will call me back and can’t imagine what they’re going to tell me when I call after this 48 hours. This is all so shady.

Well...apparently my account was breached. They actually called and got me back on. Will be attempting another cash out and will update on status.
Guess I over reacted...hopefully
