On March 20 I received an email saying my account was disabled and needed to be verified because other accounts had similar info to mine. They asked for a pic of my ID, Selfie, and a pic of utility bill. I uploaded my photos later that day, I have a few friends that play but only have one account I know the rules and have been a bovada user for 5+ years I expected this to be a quick process. Days pass, I sent multiple emails and can only get a generic response that says thank you for your patience we will update you soon. I asked for it to be escalated, etc. bovada was still no help. I am now coming here for help.

Regrettably, due to the absence of a clearly defined timeframe for the investigation and considering the significant amount of time that has passed without any specific reason provided, we have no other choice but to close the complaint as unresolved at this stage.
Once investigation is completed we will reopen the complaint, if/when requested from the parties involved.

I have just sent them another email asking for an update more than “thanks for your patience & Understanding” because well I’m out of patience and I don’t understand. I have no problem with the account review, etc. but the fact it has taken 2 months now is quite frankly ridiculous. Please do something about this!
