Im posting here to seek help regarding an issue with my Bovada account.
I recently moved to the United States and was asked to complete account verification. I fully cooperated and provided all requested documents:
Indian passport for identity
Valid U.S. visa
Bank statement showing my current U.S. address
After submitting everything as requested, my account was suddenly restricted and my funds were seized without a clear explanation.
I have not used any VPN, multiple accounts, or engaged in any activity that would violate their terms. I have always used my real identity and payment methods.
I’ve contacted customer support and dispute resolution, but I have not received a clear reason for the ban or information on how to recover my funds.
At this point, I’m requesting:
A clear explanation for the account restriction
Either reinstatement of my account or
Immediate release of my remaining balance if the account is being closed
I’m hoping Bovada’s support team or a moderator can review this case and help resolve it fairly.
If needed, I can provide documentation and account details privately.

I have used this account under my real identity and fully cooperated with all verification requirements. When asked, I provided:

- Bank statement showing my current U.S. address after relocating to the United States
At no point have I:
- Used multiple accounts
- Used a VPN or masked my location
- Used someone else’s payment method
- Engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any activity that violates their Terms of Service
Despite my full cooperation and compliance, Bovada has:
- Permanently closed my account
- Seized my funds
- Failed to provide any specific evidence or explanation of the alleged “fraud”
A generic statement about “fraudulent activity” without details is not sufficient justification for confiscating a customer’s balance.
If Bovada believes a violation occurred, I formally request:
1. Specific details of the alleged violation
2. Evidence supporting the fraud claim
3. The opportunity to respond to the allegation
If Bovada chooses to maintain the account closure, then at minimum my remaining balance should be released. Account closure does not justify confiscation of legitimately deposited or won funds without clear proof of wrongdoing.
I am requesting a fair and transparent review of this case. If this matter is not resolved, I will continue escalating through recognized industry dispute channels and consumer protection platforms.
I am willing to provide any documentation required to support my case.
