Bovada Casino temporarily disable my account since 9/18/22.
Bovada request to submit a photo ID and utility bill on 9/18/22. Submitted the proof of ID and utility bill on 9/18/22.
Then on 9/21/22, Bovada requested to submit back of ID and a selfie with ID next to it. Submitted selfie and back of ID the same day. Bovada stated to wait for further instructions.
I chatted with customer service at least 5 times and answered all of their questions; last deposit amount, last bet placed, when account made. They said to be patience. All just for them to say stay patience while verification department verify. Asked them they can FaceTime, face scan to speed process to no avail.
On 10/8/22, Bovada service stated they didn’t get any response and account will be permanently disabled and forfeit the balance (at least 1600, account disable while bets were pending not sure if parlay hit or not because I can’t login) if I don’t response to them in 7 day. I immediately respond.
Now it’s about to be October 14, 2022. Still no solution. Help me! Anyone else got this issue and waited this long?
