I requested a withdrawal of $3000 over 3 months ago. I received a check, deposited it and it bounced. I was told the money would go back to my account in 10-15 and I could deposit by bitcoin. It’s been 22 days and no money. And now, my account has been closed so I can’t even see if the money is in there. They asked me via email for my birthday and a 4 digit pin. I don’t have a 4 digit pin, I never did. I go on the website using my email and a password but because I couldn’t provide a pin I never had, they blocked my account. I am at my wits end.
