Bovada Casino - 2 weeks after sending my verification documents and still no word back. Chatted with them 4 times but all they say is 24-48 hours.

I sent bovada my ID along with the CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION FORM and pictures of the front and back of my credit/debit card on August 9. Still no word back, my account is still disabled. Ive seen bovada reply on here an help other people so i hope they’re able to check my account since my documents are on queue.

My account had about 700$ the night it got disabled. I placed a bet on the astros vs Rockies game 2 for $200 before it got disabled and one of their customer service guys said it went through so I should have about $750-800. I will keep updating if they reach out to me.

During the course of the complaints process it became clear that this case is referring to Sports Betting and has nothing to do with casino related matters.
