18+ days waiting for the verification and my account disabled for no reason
Been using bovada since last year. Been winning losing and winning lately made couple withdrawals with no problem.
Then March 10 came and I cant open account, no email, no reason for disabling my account. Had to go live chat they said I need to send Verification Documents. I sent it to them, got email says 24-48 hours for them to verify my information.
It's been 18 days march 28 today. Still nothing.
Please help me, I really need that money. Somebody help! I really feel helpless and stressed out. Live chat email to them is useless.
