Account blocked for no reason, been asked to send my documents to some post address in Russia

hello, my name is maria vannini and i have a complaint about 1xbet: the situation is pretty simple and it's the same of other hundreds of players. I made a deposit at 1xbet and started playing in the sportsbook and in the casino; after some months i reached the amount of almost 3k on my balance, at this point i requested a little withdraw and the kyc procedure started. I provided a lot of documents, including national ID, bank statements, skrill screenshots, and also an unbelievable selfie with on the background the PC monitor with the mailing with their security department (this was the most unbelievable thing). After providing them everything they requested me with any problem they blocked my account (and my funds) with no reason, asked me to fill a complaint form and i did it. After that there was the last step: they requested me to deliver some other documents to russia at this address: 35 Semashko, Mytischi, Russian Federation 141014, of.19, box 1.
This happened some weeks ago and now i'm ready to deliver these documents but i wanted to be sure about that address, in fact i was reading some other complaints about 1xbet where a customer says that his letter never reached that address because it doesn't exist... 1xbet answered giving another address, i think that the situation is really absurd, i think that what 1xbet is asking to me is a giant abuse but i want to accept their request but i don't want to waste another 50 eur to send a letter to a fake address. I want to be sure that my letter will reach 1xbet, i need a real and valid address, i don't want to be joked anymore from this thieves gang. I hope that askgamblers can help about this and i also hope that a 1xbet representative can partecipate and clarify this situation.

1xbet has been informed by russian post by email that my letter is ready to be picked up, but they still don't go pick it up.

The storage period will end 24 may.

My letter with all the documents requested by 1xbet is delivered at the post office in Russia, it is at their post office box from 23 april as you can see in the tracking link from russian post:

and as you can see in the file attached.

1xbet is not going picking up my letter, i informed them a lot of days ago that my letter is delivered but they are ignoring it, this is an absurd conduct from them. They are holding 3k on my account and i spent 40 euros to send all the documents they requested me, and now that documents are delivered they don't care about it.

There is an issue more: the storage period at the postal box will end on 24 may, so that day my letter will be returned to me, and after that i will be powerless. This is really unacceptable, i demand that someone from 1xbet go pick up my letter before 24 may.

yes i have it and i sent the letter... security department is informed about it...
actually probably the letter could be already delivered because on the tracking is on "delivering" from 23/04 and after that i don't have more updates... but it depends from russian post i guess... could you check about that?

Unresolved withdrawal issue since 07 May 2026
I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with 1xBet.

On 07 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal. However, the funds never reached my bank account. Since then, I have fully cooperated with all requests from 1xBet and provided every document requested by their departments.

I have provided:

- Detailed bank statements.
- Videos showing access to my banking application.
- Additional verification videos.
- Updated bank account information.
- Photos of my identity document.
- Photos of the bank card used for deposits.

After completing all verification procedures, the Security Department informed me by email that my withdrawal restrictions had been removed.

Despite this, ticket #16556076 is still marked as "Processing", and more than one month has passed since the original withdrawal request.

Customer support repeatedly informs me that the issue is being handled by a specialized department, but no final resolution has been provided.

I respectfully request assistance in resolving this issue and clarifying the status of my funds.
Initially, the withdrawal was intended to be sent to my EUR bank account. In an effort to resolve the issue and fully cooperate with the investigation, I later provided updated TL bank account details as requested.

Despite providing the updated banking information and completing all requested verifications, the issue remains unresolved.
