Site refusing to let me withdraw

I have been using this site regurarly for months now but last week I suddenly encountered issues withdrawing. Despite kyc being done since long time they are no longer letting me withdraw anything. Every time I try to withdraw i get a error message saying kyc is needed to withdraw. This message comes with a inbedded link to their kyc page which clearly shows kyc is done and nothing new is needed. Support is not responding to any emails and live chat completely ghosts me and closes chats without responding...
