I have been trying to submit my verification accounts to withdrawal at Bitstarz. I have successfully added 4 documents starting on the 21 July and two have been verified and accepted. I have two other documents 22nd July that are pending. I have had a significant win and tried to withdrawal but they wanting more documents. I have tried unsuccessfully to upload more documents. I have taken numerous screenshots sent via email to show the casino staff that I am unable to load anymore documents. The documents begin to load but stop after up-to 75% loaded. I then leave the deposit site and open a game to play without any issues. I have requested that I be able to use email to send the documents to their Security site but they are refusing me this option.I have NEVER encountered this issue before on any other casino sites. Any suggestions on what more I can do Please? i have just moved to this Casino due to unsolved issues with another casino.

Thankfully my complaint has been finalised and I thank BitStarz for assisting me. Often as a new player it can be hard to navigate a new site. Other than the hiccup with the verification my time using BitStarz Casino has been otherwise enjoyable. They offer loads of good games that are easy to play.
