Account closed and I dont get any information

Hi, I was trying to log in to my account and I was supriced that I cant log in. Then I contacted support and they state that my account is close due to "Sorry, but your account was closed due to the administration decision" and due to closure I lost all my winnings also. I dont know what is the real reason behind the closure and when I was trying to ask them they said they cant tell me.

Does not wanna pay out money and locked my account

Hi. I have issue with this casino. I was new player at this casino and was registered and do deposit VIA CRYPTO 145.8 USDT and get bonus same amount. Wager was x40. I played and win over 4k USDT and then I play to finish wager and left was 2600 USDT what available to cashout. I requested withdrawal 2600 USDT. After 1h was rejected and asked for KYC I uploaded all that was asked and via chat told all good and u can withdraw request again. I was doing this and again was cancelled and asked again in email: Dear Kaspars,


For additional verification of your account, we would ask you to upload the following documents:

1) a document (or documents) showing the flow of funds on the account (the last 3 months) that you have used in our casino. It can be a PDF bank statement, e-wallet statement for the last 3 months. We need to see all transactions made by using these bank / e-wallet accounts (not only the deposits to our casino).

2) a document (or documents) showing the source of your income which used for depositing in our casino during the last 3 months.

For example: 3 months salary slips, proof of business ownership with the cashflow, selling a property, an inheritance payment, or a divorce settlement, etc.

Also they lock my acc temporally by administrator at chat told agent as they won't do that. What? what reason to close ACC to not get access?

I want my win money. First casino who do like this.
