Payment delay due to verification and source of wealth check
Hi ask gamblers, I need your help in regards to an ongoing situation of stalling payment of my withdrawals/winnings by billion casino due to near impossible verification and source of wealth checks vague customer service been told your documents are with the relevant department over and over again , right so I joined billion casino on the 29th of July deposit and managed to win on crazy time so I requested a withdrawal of £4808 round about 12:30am that’s fine ok so same day around midday I deposited again played crazy time again managed to win played a bit back then withdrew £2573, so from the 30th of July my withdrawals have been pending i was ask to fill out an affordability questionnaire which I did I have sent all the requested documentation I have not been prompted for more like it says I would be if needed in 48hours or has my withdrawals been processed or even close to being processed as everyone I speak to has basically given me no answers, now the 11/08/20 it has well past the timeframes on they’re website for processing of withdrawals I was just ignored when I said this starting to get very worried also every time I’ve had to be the one to initiate contact or I am sure I’d of had none up till now.
