Big Shot Games Casino - Will not redeem my money

I have been trying to get a redemption from big shot games since the 13th of this month. I redeemed 100, it took 7 days to get. I redeemed 400 the SAME day and it is still setting in limbo and all I get is the run around. That they have a very high volume of redeeming right now for me to please be paitent and just wait and I would get an email when it has been sent out. There is no reason why I should not get the money. I redeemed once before. and got the 100. I have been reading on truth Poilet that they have done MANY people the same way. It is very concerning. I would like to get my 400 .. I mean 400 is a lot of money, I have emails all saved from this Big shot games. I think they are a scam. They pay out 100 and nothing else if you win.
