Hello,
Today i deposited 100€ to n1 casino and won 1000€ which i wanted to cashout. But they confiscated 900€ and gave me 100€ back which i deposited. The reason for this they say is that i have two accounts what is forbidden, but i havent two accounts and i tellt them bit they dont believe. On tuesday i did a cashout of 500€ which was okay. And any days later they say i have two accounts and take away my 900€.
So i need help to get my money back, because i havent two accounts. So i am in the right. I tryed realy hard to explain the support from n1 my problem, but they didn't help me. I hope you can help me and understand my english, because i am german and my english is not good.
Hope for fast help and thank you in advance.
