Have patiently waited over 14 days or verification period, verification hasn't been done. I have been locked out of my account. Live chat wont respond anymore. and neither will the support email.
I have submitted more than enough documents,
There is a total of more than 5000 euro locked in my account.
I received no answers from live chat other than "be patient, you will receive a email from compliance officer" the email has never arrived.
